I have utilized this hot chocolate as well as a peppermint variation for a couple of different programs at the library I work at- you have made me a wildly popular librarian with both my coworkers and my patrons! This recipe is super simple, inexpensive, and really easy to tweak for different flavors.  A Mexican hot chocolate recipe that requires you to just toss everything in a slow cooker and let it all cook up. Microwave Hot Chocolate Fudge

I made it for Christmas and it was a big hit with the family. I made it using milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate chips (as mentioned in the comments), since my family doesn’t care for dark and it came out great. For the pan I used my silicon square pan so no prep was required, I just poured the chocolate directly in it, put it in the fridge and peeled the pan away once it cooled. If you haven’t used silicon pans before I highly recommend them for fudge and butterscotch, (but I still like metal pans for oven cake/bread baking). It is perfect for parties and edible holiday gifts. This fudge gets a lot of ooooohs and aaaaahs. Ohh apple dessserts are the BEST! i recently used almond meal in a crumble and i LOVED it! when baked it’s nutty and a little sweet, i love it. This was literally amazing, great recipe! Good ingredients, so simple, and SO DELICIOUS! I will make again. I love this recipe AND I already have all of these ingredients on hand which of course makes it 10x better. Salted Caramel Brownies

These are every bit as rich, decadent, and indulgent as they look. A super thick and fudgy brownie filled with chocolate chips topped which a sticky layer of salted caramel. If you’re into ooey, gooey, and fudgy– you do not want to miss out on this recipe. The proportions of the ingredients are really important to the fudginess of these brownies. I made this cake exactly as written last night, and is perfect! The light and airy quality totally balanced out the heavy frosting choices that I made. Definitely a recipe worth making again! A gorgeous cake that is truly delicious, moist and very memorable. I first made this cake for my daughter’s 18th birthday as she has always wished for a ‘Matilda Cake’! So impressive to my daughter’s delight! I did use chocolate buttercream to ice the cake which worked very well and unrefined sugar in both the cake and frosting. Scrumptious!! Cake Mix Cookies

I have used both strawberry and orange cake mixes, both with white chocolate chips instead of coconut, and they are gone in minutes! Just an added note – I too have to bake them at least 18 minutes with my oven, but they come out perfect every time.  They turned out great! They were so soft, scrumptious, and ready in no time. My husband calls them “cakies.” Lol. I want to try all different kinds now. I had never heard of cake mix cookies before but so glad I know about it now! What a great afternoon we had ! Heavenly Oreo Dessert

Just made this and it truly is heavenly. So glad I found this recipe. My family enjoyed it . Infact my girls licked their bowls clean. :-). I made this for Father’s Day per my husband’s request and it really is very tasty and everyone enjoyed it. I made it as written except I only used half of the powdered sugar called for in the cream cheese layer as a full cup seemed like a lot to me considering all the other sweet layers. Classic Cream Puffs

I filled the cream puffs with a simple homemade vanilla whipped cream, and dusted them with powdered sugar. I thought about doing a strawberry whipped cream (using crushed freeze dried strawberries for color and flavor) because I thought they might add to the girlie pink shower theme, but in the end decided to just keep them vanilla. Next time I’ll let myself be a little more creative. There are truly so many wonderful things you can make with a good cream puff, both sweet and savory. I’m so glad I had the perfect occasion to make them for. You should have seen my boys when I gave them all the okay to come home after the ladies had left. These are delicious!! i made them with vanilla bean paste and crushed up candy canes and they came out great!  Chewy, rich Holiday cookies with the delicious flavors of peppermint and hot chocolate. Best brownies I’ve ever made. The pan didn’t last 2 minutes. My husband ate them all! Now I have to make another batch. Not that I’m complaining. Followed the recipe exactly as written and the name says it all. Fudgy fudgy fudgy. I’d give 10 stars if I could! Cannoli Dip

This was delicious and so easy to make! This turned out really well! I made it as a dessert for a tailgate and added food coloring for team spirit. So easy! I didn’t have any issues with consistency and only added more one (very rounded) tablespoon of powdered sugar. I did not strain/drain the ricotta. A five-ingredient dip that’s easy to throw together and still has all the indulgent flavor of a true cannoli. I can’t wait to make this at our next party! I just made thsee and the cake is soooo much better than most recipes! I even made the chocolate hearts..so pretty and easy. Actually found a little mint in the garden too. Perfect! They are delicious. The raspberry buttercream is also incredible and very flavorful. This frosting is ridiculously good! I indulged in many extra spoonfuls of frosting. Sheep Cupcakes

These bad boys are completely from scratch.  They have an awesomely moist chocolate cupcake body, that is just so good!  You make 24 cupcakes, but I only needed 16 cupcakes for our party.  The rule of sheep head here is that you get about four sheep for every cupcake that you crumble and add 1/2 tablespoon of frosting too.  And this frosting is kind of ridiculous.  Like hand me a spoon ridiculous.  You use some little candy eyes for the eyes, and you rip the sides off a mini marshmallow for the ears (about 1/3 of a mini marshmallow = one ear). I have made this recipe many times and it comes out perfect every time! I did increase the icing a bit but that is because we love the icing! There is enough in this recipe if you don’t like mega icing! They are a hit every time! It was pretty simple,  They turned out great! Also I got the frosting to dye to a pastel green so I know a darker color would turn out fine as well. They’re amazing. Cake is moist. Frosting is perfect. Great recipe! Those marshmallows are very cute and don’t seem too hard to make. I think my son would like having this in his weekly hot chocolate treat. What a delicious cake. The flavour is amazing! I made this cake as a 3-8″ layer using single recipe for the marshmallow fluff and frosting. It was enough however, I do not recommend doing a 3rd layer. it basically slid off as it was cut. I will make this again but stick with 2 layers. This Hot Chocolate Cake takes all the traditional elements of your favorite childhood drink and transforms them into a delicious dessert. Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Just tried this earlier for my hubby's birthday and it was like heavenly delight! Though it is sweeter than most of the cakes I had and baked before, this will definitely be one of my favorites and a go-to recipe for my hubby since he cannot have eggs in any of his food. I'm sure this will be a hit next time with any of our family gatherings. But will have to cut a bit on the sur though. These cookies are absolutely amazing! The texture is delicately crispy and the flavor is sweet, chai spicy deliciousness. These are probably my new favorite cookies. And they were really quite easy to make. They make an excellent companion to black tea! The good stuff is these cookies. These crisp and buttery shortbread cookies are laced with vanilla chai tea leaves and then dipped in a vanilla spice icing for the full effect. Did you know that Chai just means tea, what we often think of as Chai here in the states is actually Masala Chai which originated in India and is made with black tea, Indian spices, milk, and sugar. Polar Bear Paw Cupcakes

These polar bear cupcakes are just like teddy bear paws! I’m LOVING the coconut fur on them! You can use any flavour of cupcake you want for these, but I definitely recommend a light coloured frosting to get the “fur” look. I used a tub of store bought Home Style Creamy Vanilla icing just to save time, but homemade buttercream would be amaaaazing if you make your own frosting.  I love how the coconut flakes give them the fur texture! So fun! And I also love how these will work for any winter occasion! Or really any occasion all year round if you you have a teddy bear fan in your household. I made this loaf today, it was a total hit! I added chocolate chips of course. The cake is really moist and flavourful, everybody loved it. Plus, it is really easy and quick to make. Oh my gosh, this is the BEST!! My grandma always made this and now my mom does. Guess I'll have to start making it too because it just rocks! It's called Pineapple Dream Dessert.
